Towards the end of the episode we see her bound and cleave gagged just like her sister. In episode 53, Blythe has release Lani so that she can go kill someone for Blythe while Violet remains bound and gagged at the house.
Violet remains bound and ungagged over the course of the next several episodes while Lani carries out Blythe's bidding.
