At 12m (no ads) Millie Rawlins (Sharp) aka Sunshine is sitting in a police interrogation room wearing an orange prisoner's jumpsuit and with her wrists cuffed in front of her with high-tech dampening cuffs. She is being interrogated by Captain Joe West when a supervillain pops out of a nearby box and attacks. The Flash intervenes, but fails to stop Joe from being shot, while the supervillain and Millie get away.
At 27m Joe receives a video on his smartphone showing Cecile Horton (Nicolet) gagged OTM with a white cloth. A minute later he finds her in a large empty room sitting on a chair wired with explosives, her hands behind her back, though you don't see the bindings. Joe gets her clear of the chair.
