Description: Ms. Lagrange is sitting in a coach, which leaves a castle in 16th century France; she is tightly bound with curtain-cords und also very tightly cleave-gagged with white cloth; scene last approx. 4 seconds, but it's a closeup and the lady wears a costume appropriate for the era. Scene occurs between 1 hr 24 minutes and 1 hr 25 minutes in most prints.

Ms Lagrange gets also handgagged in three different situations (all second half of the movie): First she is silenced by the black-gloved hand of a bad guy to prevent her from warning Pardaillan that his adversaries are coming. One minute later she gets handgagged by the bad guys' commander who lifts her from the ground and carries her away as a bait for Pardaillan (nice and angry mmmphing).In the last scene she is about to be hanged by the bad guys and while the chief kidnapper talks about her sentence, she is handgagged by one of his subordinates (again black-leather gloved hand) who also uses a wad of white cloth to keep her silent; this scene lasts almost a minute and Lagrange is fighting and mmmphing in the arms of the handgagger. She gets saved immediately after that by Pardaillan and two of his friends.

Bonus scene: at 53min, Catherine de Clèves (Jacqueline Danno), a lovely duchess in a nightgown, gets her hands and feet tied onscreen in a VERY loose frontal hogtie.
