Daniel has agreed to teach an old friend's son the ways of the wilderness. The son isn't too willing to learn, he'd rather just paint. This fascinates a band of renegade Cherokees who grab him and leave the lovely Calf Eye (Gayle) in trade. Dan'l pursues the Indians. When he spots their camp he binds Gayle to a tree, cleave-gags her with a bandanna and causes rocks to be thrown at the camp using a delayed-action sling shot. When the braves investigate the source of the rocks, they see Calf Eye bound and gagged; they then go off in pursuit of Daniel, leaving the Indian maiden still tied and helpless.
Action occurs just after the 30' mark (with commercials). Shaun is gagged on screen and is shown tied with several extreme close ups while in her predicament.
