Description: One of the last Universal serials benefits from a good cast with better than average production values, plus it has one scene where Cathy Haines (McKay) is bound and gagged.

In Chapter 9/10, the raiders nab pretty Cathy to exchange her for their spy who was recently captured by hero Steve Mason (Dennis Moore). We see Cathy detective gagged with a bandanna, her wrists tied in front and her ankles lashed. She's wearing a cowgirl hat, a plaid shirt, short riding skirt and boots. Mason rescues her from the raiders and she's untied and ungagged on screen.

There are some nice close-ups of Cathy, but most of the scenes are dark since they take place at night
